Family Rules/Values

YOU MUST READ*AND AGREE TO*BEFORE ENTERING, THANK YOU

Rules updated 9/30/2009 - All family members, new and old, must read and agree.

1 - NO DRAMA -

We will not tolerate someone who comes in to our family as a wolf in sheep's clothing. You come in as you are...so we all know up front what kind of person you are and how you may take something that is said or done around you. If something happens that makes you uncomfortable, you speak up to a boss or the GF. We will deal with that member accordingly and ensure your issue is resolved... do not start drama over it, that will just prove that you are as much a problem as the person you have a problem with. If you choose to start drama over something that could be resolved easily and quickly, you may be asked to leave. We are here for one reason and one reason only, Mobsters. And our Family is here to help eachother with the growth and back up that comes with the game. If you can't handle that, we are not the family for you.

WE WILL NOT TOLERATE:

*racisim

*sexism

*personal attacks

*sexual harassment

*Insubordination within ranks (meaning, do NOT disrespect ranks above you EVER)

*Lack of respect toward other family members

2- YOU WILL RESPECT RANKS. If you are instructed by a higher rank, you will comply and be respectful about it. I will not tolerate insubordination simply because you can not have order without authority. Period, this is not negotiable and you will be asked to leave if you choose not to comply with this rule.

3 - Family first. Meaning, you back your family before anyone else. When you hear someone is in trouble, you jump in and help. We are a family that doesn't care about death counts and how much bounty we spend...we do what it takes to take the target out no matter what. So your role in the family is to help when help is needed. It's important so that if you ever get in trouble and need help, you know you can get it. If you choose to ignore your family or only join to get help and never offer any...in time, the family will shut you out.

4 - We don't start crap, we finish it. It's pretty simple...respecting the game is important. While there may not be rules set in stone on Mobsters itself... you should use better judgement while playing. We won't tolerate over attacking, profanity on comment walls, threats that do not pertain to the game itself (i.e. threating the personal safety or well being of another player), etc. Use common sense, if you wouldn't say it to an 8 year old you were playing a video game with...don't say it here. Pretty simple. Dont' get me wrong... you express yourself profanity free on a comment wall and still kill that sucker all day long... :)

WE DO NOT CALL TRUCE, if we fight, we fight until it's won or they stand down.

5 - We ask that while you are logged into mobsters that you keep this chat open as well. It's easier to come here to discuss a problem or ask for help or whatever than going back and forth on bulletins and comments. Plus, your rank within the family is based on your participation in family matters.

Not saying you have to be glued to this page...just be here when you're playing even if it's for 5 minutes.
